Amore Entertainment has had the privilege of serving people
in the North Texas area by helping them create wonderful celebrations
to fit their needs. Our professional approach to coordinating
each event always begins with listening to the client and
what they really want the event to become. We spend many hours
pulling together all of our resources to make sure that each
client’s expectations are not only met- but exceeded. We take
all of the leg work out of it for our client- so that on that
special day they can simply enjoy it all.
Tunes N Tales is changing it's name to Amore Entertainment
as we shift focus to exclusively providing DJ Services.
Amore Entertainment Owners Bio's:
Douglas Coco is a manager with
over 12 years experience within the IT Service and Support
Industry. He holds several IT certifications and has worked
in numerous roles including training, operations leadership,
and sales/business development consultant. Douglas is in his
fifth year serving on the board and second year serving as
President of the Dallas/Ft. Worth HDI professional association.
Douglas is very active in his church and has served as a youth
minister in the past, as well as leading small group Bible
studies (newly marrieds, men's Bible studies, etc). Before
entering into the IT field, he spent time as a Fitness Director
at a local Christian Academy teaching Junior High and High
School athletics as well as coaching the intramural volleyball
and basketball teams. Douglas also spent 4 years working in
the fitness industry as a personal trainer, racquetball instructor
and club racquetball pro. Douglas' experience in service and
support, group speaking/leadership and personal growth roles
are key assets in his ability to work with clients to understand
the unique characteristics of their event. Douglas began in
the DJ business over 7 years ago assisting other DJs at their
events and learning the tools of the trade. Eventually he
desired to start his own DJ services company based on his
personal business principles. Tunes N Tales was formed by
Douglas and Melissa as a dual services business providing
DJ services and personal tutoring to children (see Melissa
Coco bio below).
Melissa Coco is Douglas'
wife and business partner. She received her bachelor's in
education at the University of North Texas 10 years ago. She
minored in English and so she is involved in the event planning
documentation and customer communication for Amore Entertainment.
She has extensive experience working with children and partnering
with other women as she has been involved in many women's
encouragement groups through the years. She was also a director
of an educational preschool for 2 years until she decided
to stay at home with her children (three) and help Douglas
develop his DJ business. Her management and people skills
have aided Douglas in giving the highest level of quality
service to their clientele. She and Douglas are a team and
use all of their individual talents to help each client have
the best event experience possible.
